Mamani, Texas
Mamani, the Michelin-starred anchor of Dallas’s Quad development, presents a warm, contemporary setting that blends French influence with richly crafted, characterful spaces.
Mamani, one of Dallas’s first Michelin-starred restaurants, anchors the new Quad development in Uptown. The brief called for a contemporary, elevated setting with subtle gestures to the French traditions behind the cuisine. The main dining room is organised around an open kitchen, where glazed lavastone, unlacquered brass, and textured glass highlight the work of the chef’s team. Polished oak seating, Venice Gold marble tables, and peach-toned leather establish a warm palette, complemented by Marmorino plaster, end-grain flooring, and tiered chandeliers. A private dining room in deep green panelling offers a more intimate atmosphere. The bar reads as a jewel-box, with burl-wood panelling, a green onyx counter, and artwork by Sam Wood. An enclosed patio extends the restaurant with Mediterranean influences - lush perimeter planting, custom green latticework, gesso chandeliers, and light-toned furnishings. The restrooms continue the material richness, pairing Rosso Verona marble with green and peach plaster and centring on a large backlit bespoke mirror.
