This Greek villa consists of one main house spread over three floors, three guest cottages, coast line access and verdant gardens landscaped by Tomasso Del Buono. The architectural refurb took just over a year to complete, with the buildings stripped back to their structural frames and put back together. While the design was originally intended to be a light touch, some major works took place including relocating the main stairwell, knocking and extending the kitchen, and the rearrangement of all guest bedrooms and en suites. The house also features a cinema, gym, massage room, swimming pool, tennis court and beach access with a pier for water taxis.

The colour palette is warm yet neutral with subtle tones and the hydrangeas outdoors were used to inspire the deep pastel colours seen in the furniture and soft furnishings. Timber floors for the bedrooms and main living bring a subtle rustic warmth; limestone in multiple finishes was used to keep the palette neutral but subtly layered. Local marbles were used in the bathroom vanities.
